Terms and Conditions
Last updated: November 1, 2026
These Terms govern the purchase of digital marketing services from Digital Chaos ("we", "us"), operated by FOP Nastin Nazar Serhiyovych (ФОП Настін Назар Сергійович), a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine.
1. Services
We provide targeted advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) that promote your music and bring listeners to your Spotify profile, as described on digitalchaos.online. Packages shown on the site pricing page: Starter ($300 per month) - campaign setup, ads targeting, landing page, basic reporting; Growth ($500 per month) - all of Starter, plus creative production and weekly optimizations. Each package covers one month of work.
2. How we work
As described on the site, every engagement starts with a 1-hour intro call to understand your goals and what results to expect from your ad budget. We then manage your ads account and handle the full campaign setup - from structure to targeting - and continuously refine your ads and manage the budget to improve results over time.
3. Payment
Prices are shown in USD per month of work. Each month is paid separately as a one-off payment: by an invoice we issue or on the site. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges - the next month of work starts only after a new order and payment. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion. Card payments on the site will be processed by the WayForPay payment service (Visa/Mastercard) once available.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel a purchased package at any time by emailing team@digitalchaos.online. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Results
We optimize campaigns for genuine listener engagement and never use bots or artificial streams. Advertising performance depends on the music, the audience and the market, so we do not guarantee specific numbers of streams, saves or followers.
6. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own or control the rights to the music and materials you provide, that the information you give us is accurate, and you grant us permission to use these materials in ad creatives and landing pages for your campaign.
