Refund Policy

- Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin work on your campaign, we refund the payment in full.

- Work started, not launched yet: we refund the payment minus the cost of work already performed (strategy, setup, creatives), with a short summary of what was done.

- After launch: we refund proportionally to the remaining scope of your purchased package, minus work performed and any advertising budget already spent or committed with Meta.

- Advertising budget already spent with Meta platforms is non-refundable in all cases.

- How to request: email team@digitalchaos.online from the address you used to order, naming your package and payment date.

- Refund timing: approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
