Public Offer (Terms of Public Contract)

This Public Offer is a contract between FOP Nastin Nazar Serhiyovych (ФОП Настін Назар Сергійович), a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine (the "Provider"), and the customer (the "Client"). The Client accepts this Offer in full by paying an issued invoice or a package price on digitalchaos.online.

1. Subject: the Provider delivers digital marketing services - targeted Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns promoting the Client's music on Spotify - according to the package selected at digitalchaos.online/#pricing.

2. Price and payment: prices are shown on the site in USD per month of work. Each month is paid separately by an issued invoice or on the site. There are no automatic charges: each new month of work requires a new order and payment. Card payments on the site (Visa/Mastercard via WayForPay) will be available once card payments are activated.

3. Service terms, cancellation and refunds are governed by the Terms and Conditions and the Refund Policy published on the site.
